So You’re Saying I Can Make My Life Easier?
First floor foyer, Frontier Airlines Center
Template: that simple word can mean many things to a designer. It runs the design gamut of boring and tired to fantastic and life changing. At Illinois State the move to a content management system, Omni Update Campus, granted us the unique opportunity to simultaneously implement a consistent branding presence that more closely connects the University’s over 250 unique sites to the core brand. In this session, we will work through our process of developing a consistent yet flexible framework that is needed in higher education Web development offices. This standardization streamlines the implementation process and better supports identity branding on the Web, while simultaneously satisfying the needs of clients. With a new framework that is ready to launch, designers can instead focus on larger projects or specialized campaigns.
