Leading From Your Cube: Action-oriented Leadership
First floor foyer, Frontier Airlines Center
Whether you're the boss or the most junior person in your office, everyone can have a role to play in agitating an action-oriented environment. Often times, young professionals can feel stilfed by institutional infrastructure and leaders might feel less inclined to roll out dramatic changes due to comfort with the status quo or just a desire to balance the complex needs of the organization.
This presentation will reveal how the four pillars of Active Dialogue can provide your office environment with a newfound energy. It will embolden every member as a team member, establish and clarify roles and ensure that the end result is a more dynamic organization by empowering junior staff to be accountable for the success of the office's adherence to its goals and objectives.
